Your host, Everardo's journey to becoming a business coaching expert is rooted in his diverse professional background and global upbringing.

Born in Bogota, Colombia, and raised across various cities and countries, he settled in Mexico City, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Systems and Industrial Engineering. This educational foundation instilled in him a systematic approach to problem-solving, a skill that would become instrumental in his coaching career.

With over 5 years of experience in leadership development within the automotive industry, Everardo transitioned to become a Certified Business Coach for ActionCOACH. His career trajectory, from Customer Service Coordinator to Vice President of Industrial Operations, spanned industries including construction, financial services, food services, and retail. This breadth of experience uniquely positioned Everardo to understand and address the multifaceted challenges faced by business leaders.
